Since 2003, there has been no major review of published scientific literature on the nutritional benefits of organic food. But there have been over 40 new studies have come out since the last review was carried out.
A new analysis looked at the results of nearly 100 studies on organic plant-based foods, including the most recent ones. The project took two years.
The result is a set of clear-cut answers to important, common questions about the nutritional superiority of organic food. And the final verdict? Organic plant-based foods are, on average, definitely more nutritious.
